* Flash Flood Warning for...
North Central Ventura County in southwestern California...
This includes Lockwood Valley.
* Until 415 PM PDT.
* At 108 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. Rock slides and
mud slides.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas. Rock slides and mud slides.

Lockwood Valley.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

AFTERNOON FOR NORTH CENTRAL VENTURA COUNTY...
At 233 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area are subsiding. Between 1 and 3 inches of
rain has fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring, and may
continue beyond the end of heavy rains.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. Rock slides and mud
slides.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
