* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Des Moines County in southeastern Iowa...
  Northeastern Henderson County in west central Illinois...
  Warren County in west central Illinois...

* Until 945 AM CDT Friday.

* At 344 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
  have fallen from south of Mediapolis to near Oquawka and Rozetta,
  to near Monmouth. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Monmouth, Oquawka, Mediapolis, Kirkwood, Little York, Biggsville,
  Gladstone, Rozetta, Lake Warren, Kossuth, Greenbush, Coldbrook,

At 444 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2
and 4 inches of rain have fallen from south of Mediapolis to
Kingston, Oquawka, Rozetta and Monmouth. Additional rainfall amounts
of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

At 546 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have diminished
across much of the warned area at this time. Between 2 and 4 inches
of rain have fallen. More thunderstorms are expected to move back
into the warned area this morning with additional rainfall amounts of
1 to 2 inches possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
