  Northeastern Auglaize County in west central Ohio...
  Southern Hardin County in west central Ohio...
  Logan County in west central Ohio...
  Northeastern Shelby County in west central Ohio...

* Until 130 AM EDT.

* At 1030 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain
  across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have
  fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2.5 inches are possible.
  Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Bellefontaine, Kenton, West Liberty, Russells Point, De Graff,
  Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park,
  Northwood, Roundhead, Quincy, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania,
