* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Western Highland County in south central Ohio...
  Northwestern Brown County in southwestern Ohio...
  Northern Clermont County in southwestern Ohio...
  Clinton County in southwestern Ohio...
  Warren County in southwestern Ohio...

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 403 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain
  across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Flash
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Mason, Lebanon, Wilmington, Loveland, Milford, Blanchester, Amelia,
  Mount Orab, Sabina, Williamsburg, Batavia, Lynchburg, New Vienna,
  Morrow, Kings Island, Withamsville and Highpoint.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
