* At 622 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
3.5 and 5.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts
of 1 to 3 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

At 1032 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in
Numerous flooded roads across the warned area, with up to 5 feet of
water in Cambridge City. Between 3.5 and 6.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible.
FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Cambridge City, Brownsville and
Dunlapsville Indiana. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
