* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Union County in east central Indiana...
  Eastern Wayne County in east central Indiana...
  Eastern Franklin County in southeastern Indiana...
  Darke County in west central Ohio...
  Preble County in west central Ohio...

* Until 1145 AM EDT.

* At 850 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain
  across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Flash
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Richmond, Greenville, Eaton, Brookville, Versailles, Arcanum,
  Camden, Lewisburg, Union City, New Paris, Ansonia, New Madison,
  West College Corner, Webster, Wayne Lakes, Gettysburg, Eldorado,
  West Manchester and Scipio.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
