The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 1000 PM MST.

* At 653 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible
  in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Elfrida and Sunizona.

This includes the following highways...
Route 181 between mile markers 39 and 47. Route 191 between mile
markers 23 and 41.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
  Turkey Creek, Ash Creek, Pridham Creek, Stanford Creek and
  Whitewater Draw.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
