* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Low lying areas flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:30 AM EDT Friday the stage was 7.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.2
    feet early this morning.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
