* WHERE...Portions of west central Illinois, southeast Iowa, and
  northeast Missouri.

* WHEN...From noon today to 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heat indices may briefly exceed 105 degrees in
  some areas. Thunderstorms and storm outflow may also interrupt the
  high heat at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
