* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Northeastern Idaho County in central Idaho...
East Central Clearwater County in the panhandle of Idaho...
* Until 630 PM MDT /530 PM PDT/.
* At 552 PM MDT /452 PM PDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along
a line from 27 miles south of Tarkio to 27 miles west of Victor, or
along a line from 37 miles south of Superior to 29 miles northwest
of Hamilton, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Half dollar size hail. Wind gusts to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

Powell and Lolo Pass.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing large hail.
Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning is one of natures leading killers. Remember, if you can
hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

line from 23 miles south of Tarkio to 22 miles west of Victor, or
along a line from 35 miles south of Superior to 26 miles northwest of
Hamilton, moving northeast at 20 mph.
