The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Maricopa County in south central Arizona...
  Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 845 PM MST.

* At 750 PM MST, a a cluster of strong to severe thunderstorms was 
  located 9 miles northeast of Kaka, or 33 miles southwest of Casa 
  Grande, moving northwest at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Freeman, Kaka, and Big Horn.

This includes AZ Interstate 8 between mile markers 136 and 164.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 PM MST
FOR MARICOPA AND PINAL COUNTIES...

At 816 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northeast of
Kaka, or 35 miles southwest of Casa Grande, moving northwest at 10
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Freeman, Kaka, and Big Horn.

This includes AZ Interstate 8 between mile markers 136 and 158.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR MARICOPA AND PINAL COUNTIES
WILL EXPIRE AT 845 PM MST...

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, gusty
winds and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
western Portions of Pinal County and Southern Maricopa County.
