  Southwestern Mohave County in northwestern Arizona...
  San Bernardino County in southern California...

* Until 445 PM PDT /445 PM MST/.

* At 358 PM PDT /358 PM MST/, A severe thunderstorm was located near
  Desert Hills, or 8 miles northwest of Lake Havasu City, moving
  northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Lake Havasu City, Yucca, Topock, Needles and Desert Hills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.

If on or near Lake Havasu and Lake Mohave, get away from the water
and move indoors or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike
out to 15 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe
shelter now! Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.

At 424 PM PDT /424 PM MST/, a severe thunderstorm was located near
Desert Hills, or 9 miles north of Lake Havasu City, moving northeast
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Gust of 61 mph
         measured at Lake Havasu City Airport.
