The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  West Central Mohave County in northwestern Arizona...

* Until 245 PM MST.

* At 202 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Callville
  Bay, or 8 miles east of Las Vegas Bay, moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mainly rural areas of West Central Mohave County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.

If on or near Lake Mead, get away from the water and move indoors or
inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 15 miles from
the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close
enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not be
caught on the water in a thunderstorm.

WEST CENTRAL MOHAVE COUNTY...

At 228 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles east of
Callville Bay Campground, or 13 miles east of Las Vegas Bay, moving
northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
