* At 521 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over White Oak, or
  near West Liberty, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Plutarch around 530 PM EDT.
  Coon around 535 PM EDT.
  Minefork around 540 PM EDT.
