  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN RUSSELL COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
