mph.

warning has been issued for Northern Wayne County, Southwestern
Harlan County, Laurel County, Bell County, Knox County, Southwestern
Leslie County, Pulaski County, McCreary County, South central
Rockcastle County, Whitley County, and Southern Clay County until
