extending from Kings Creek to Arthur to Dewitt, moving south at 40
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Leslie County, Pulaski County, McCreary County, South central 
Rockcastle County, Whitley County, and Southern Clay County until
