* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 334 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Horse
  Pasture, or near Spencer, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
