  Center, moving southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

  Bellefontaine, West Liberty, North Lewisburg, Russells Point, Belle
  Center, West Mansfield, Northwood, Rushsylvania, Huntsville,
