FOR NORTHERN STARK AND SOUTHEASTERN SUMMIT COUNTIES...

At 959 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Alliance, or 13
miles west of Salem, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
