* Until 615 PM MDT.
* At 540 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Las Animas,
or 21 miles northeast of North La Junta, moving northeast at 20
mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
* Locations impacted include...
Las Animas, McClave, Blue Lake, Hasty, John Martin Reservoir, Fort
Lyon, and Caddoa.
