  Eastern Stephens County in northeastern Georgia...
  Southwestern Oconee County in Upstate South Carolina...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 635 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast
  of Toccoa, or 5 miles west of Westminster, moving southeast at 10
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind 
           damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Westminster, Avalon, Oakway, Martin, and Eastanolee.
