  Western Scotts Bluff County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...
  Southwestern Sioux County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...
  East central Goshen County in southeastern Wyoming...

* Until 545 PM MDT.

* At 506 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lyman, or 11
  miles southeast of Torrington, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect 
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mitchell, Morrill, Lyman, Henry, Huntley, Hubbard Hill, Stegall,
  and Scotts Bluff County Fairground.
