* At 622 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Seaford,
moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage
to trees and powerlines.

Newport News, Hampton, Langley AFB, Seaford, Buckroe Beach, Tabb,
Fort Monroe, Grand View, Fox Hill, Phoebus, Langley View, Dare,
