The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  South central Kimball County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...

* Until 945 PM MDT.

* At 901 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles south of
  Oliver Reservoir, or 13 miles southwest of Kimball, moving south at
  5 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  south central Kimball County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

FOR SOUTH CENTRAL KIMBALL COUNTY...

At 912 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles southwest
of Kimball Municipal Airport, or 13 miles southwest of Kimball,
moving south at 5 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL KIMBALL COUNTY
IS CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
