  University, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near...
  Hampton, Hampton University, and Fort Monroe around 720 PM EDT.
