  Central Haakon County in west central South Dakota...

* Until 1115 PM MDT.

* At 1022 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Milesville,
  or 30 miles north of Philip, moving southeast at 35 mph.

  THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR BILLSBURG.

  HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
           Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
           siding, and vehicles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Milesville, Billsburg and Ottumwa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter now inside an interior room on the lowest floor of a
