The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a
* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Warren County in north central Pennsylvania...
* Until 600 AM EDT.
* At 503 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Wattsburg to near Riceville to near Titusville,
moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Warren, Sheffield, Columbus, Youngsville, Russell, Spring Creek,
Scandia, Lottsville, Grand Valley, Warren South, Garland, and
Kinzua Dam.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these severe
thunderstorms. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of
natures leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are
close enough to be struck by lightning.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR WARREN COUNTY IS CANCELLED...
The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, gusty westerly
winds of 30 to 40 mph are still possible with the weakened showers
and thunderstorms.
