The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Whiteside County in northwestern Illinois...
  Henry County in northwestern Illinois...
  Western Bureau County in north central Illinois...

* Until 815 AM CDT.

* At 721 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Rock Creek  Park to near Shady Beach to Osco, moving
  east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 704 AM the Davenport Airport measured 
           a 59 mph wind gust.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sterling, Kewanee, Rock Falls, Princeton, Morrison, Cambridge,
  Geneseo, Fulton, Prophetstown, Erie, Walnut, Garden Plain, Wyanet,
  Atkinson, Sheffield, Albany, Annawan, Tampico, Lyndon, and Andover.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 80 in Illinois between mile markers 12 and 58.
 Interstate 74 in Illinois between mile markers 18 and 27.
 Interstate 88 between mile markers 14 and 44.

This also includes Big Bend Fish and Wildlife Area, Hennepin Canal
State Trail, Johnson-Sauk Trail State Recreation Area,
Morrison-Rockwood State Park, Prophetstown State Park, and Mautino
State Fish & Wildlife Area.

FOR WHITESIDE...NORTHEASTERN HENRY AND WESTERN BUREAU COUNTIES...

At 758 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Morrison to near Manlius to Sheffield, moving east at
50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Sterling, Kewanee, Rock Falls, Princeton, Morrison, Fulton,
