  Southern Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 145 PM EDT.

* At 103 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles east of
  South Connellsville, or 7 miles east of Connellsville, moving east
  at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Seven Springs, Donegal, Champion, Indian Head, Mill Run,
  Normalville and Jones Mills.

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.

Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

AND SOUTHERN WESTMORELAND COUNTIES...

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, gusty winds and
heavy rain are still possible.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 PM EDT for a
portion of southwest Pennsylvania.
