The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Keokuk County in southeastern Iowa...
  Western Jefferson County in southeastern Iowa...

* Until 945 AM CDT.

* At 851 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Barnes City to near Ottumwa Industrial Airport
  to near Blakesburg, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fairfield, Sigourney, Hedrick, What Cheer, Richland, Batavia,
  Delta, Libertyville, Maharishi Vedic City, Packwood, Harper,
  Martinsburg, Hayesville, Abingdon, Keota, Ollie, Pekin, Jefferson
  County Park, Collett, and Keokuk County Fairgrounds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

extending from Lake Belva Deer Park to near Abingdon to near Agency,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Fairfield, Sigourney, Hedrick, Richland, Batavia, Delta,
