* At 1240 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 miles southeast of Portland to 7 miles west of
  Winchester to near Muncie, moving southeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Muncie, Winchester, Union City, Albany, Eaton, Parker City,

miles northeast of Muncie, moving southeast at 50 mph.
