  Southwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio...
  Southeastern Athens County in southeastern Ohio...
  North central Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia...
  Southwestern Wood County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 115 PM EDT.

* At 1247 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles south of
  Chesterhill, moving southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Parkersburg, Belpre, Coolville, Lubeck, Washington, Mineralwells,
  Belleville, Reedsville, Blennerhassett, Davisville, Bartlett, and
  Little Hocking.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 158 and 160, and
between mile markers 163 and 176.
 Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 9, and between
mile markers 12 and 13.
