* Until 145 PM EDT.

* At 114 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lubeck, or
  near Belpre, moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Parkersburg, Belpre, Elizabeth, Vienna, Washington, Mineralwells,
  Lubeck, Cherry, Walker, Palestine, Little Hocking, Lucille,
