The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southern Grant County in central Indiana...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 1136 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Swayzee, or
  12 miles west of Marion, moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Marion, Gas City, Upland, Fairmount, Jonesboro, Sweetser, Swayzee,
  Matthews, Sims, Converse, Fowlerton, Home Corner, Michaelsville,
  Normal, Mier, Herbst, Hackleman, Point Isabel, Radley, and
  Roseburg.

This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 252 and
260.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

FOR SOUTHERN GRANT COUNTY...

At 1151 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Swayzee, or 7
miles west of Fairmount, moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe storm will be near...
  Fairmount around 1200 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include
Hackleman, Point Isabel, Fowlerton, Michaelsville, Radley, Roseburg,
Normal, and Herbst.

This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 252 and
