  Northern Grant County in west central Nebraska...
  Northeastern Garden County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...
  Southeastern Sheridan County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...

* Until 600 PM MDT.

* At 518 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles south of
  Ellsworth, or 33 miles north of Oshkosh, moving northeast at 45
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hyannis, Ashby, Bingham, Dipping Vat Meadow, Dominick Lake,
  Finnegan Lake, Swede Lake, Jerry Lake, Britton Lake, Kincaid Lake,

of Ellsworth, or 33 miles northwest of Arthur, moving east at 30 mph.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN CHERRY...NORTHERN
GRANT...NORTHEASTERN GARDEN AND SOUTHEASTERN SHERIDAN COUNTIES IS
CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  However, gusty winds are
still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT for
the Panhandle of, north central and west central Nebraska.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
North Platte.
