  Northeastern Putnam County in western West Virginia...
  Southern Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 649 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of
  Point Pleasant, moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Nitro, Point Pleasant, Winfield, Sissonville, Eleanor, Buffalo,
  Poca, Kenna, Cross Lanes, Teays Valley, Bancroft, Henderson, Leon,
  Mount Alto, Given, Southside, Kentuck, Liberty, Grimms Landing, and
  Letart.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 114 and 129, and
between mile markers 133 and 134.
 Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 43 and 47.
