* At 543 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles west of
  Buffalo, or 15 miles northeast of Proctorville, moving southeast at
  60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
