* Until 600 PM CDT.

* At 516 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles east of
  Rend Lake Area, moving southeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

Thompsonville, or 8 miles east of Benton, moving southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Ewing and Macedonia.
