  Allegany County in western Maryland...
  Grant County in eastern West Virginia...
  Mineral County in eastern West Virginia...
  Northwestern Hardy County in eastern West Virginia...
  Central Hampshire County in eastern West Virginia...

* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 148 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms with a history of producing 
  wind damage were located along a line extending from near 
  Frostburg to near Deer Park to 6 miles north of Parsons, moving 
  east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches 
           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as 
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by 
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. 
           Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

damage were located along a line extending from near La Vale to near 
Elk Garden to Davis, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

         fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage
