  Southwestern Pike County in south central Ohio...
  Southeastern Highland County in south central Ohio...
  Northwestern Scioto County in south central Ohio...

* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 428 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Seaman, moving southeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Union, Manchester, Peebles, Seaman, Tollesboro, Rome, Blue
  Creek, Decatur, Rarden, Cherry Fork, Sinking Spring, Otway,
  Concord, Trinity, Dunkinsville, Bradysville, May Hill, Locust
  Grove, Ribolt, and Charters.

At 441 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near West Union, moving southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Manchester, Tollesboro, Rome, Blue Creek, Rarden, Otway, Concord,
Trinity, Carrs, State Route 348 at State Route 125, Wamsley, Ribolt,
Charters, Ladd, Mount Joy, Cedar Mills, and Herron Hill.
