The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a

Central Peoria County in central Illinois...
* Until 1145 PM CDT.
* At 1046 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located over Brimfield, or 16 miles west of Peoria,
moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Brimfield around 1050 PM CDT.
Peoria around 1105 PM CDT.
Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include
West Peoria and Bellevue.
This also includes Jubilee College State Park and Rock Island Trail

Interstate 74 between mile markers 70 and 93.
