* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Douglas County in western Nevada...

* WHEN...Until 445 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 147 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in Connor Burn Scar. Between 0.7 and 1 inch of rain has
    fallen.
  - Connor Burn Scar is the most likely place to experience minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mount Siegel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
