* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southwestern Mohave County in northwestern Arizona...
  San Bernardino County in southern California...
  South Central Clark County in southern Nevada...

* WHEN...Until 945 PM PDT /945 PM MST/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may
  become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 652 PM PDT /652 PM MST/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain
    due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to
    begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.25 and 1 inch of
    rain has fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Bullhead City, Laughlin, Needles, Highway 95 And I-40, Mojave
    Ranch Estates, Mohave Valley, Arizona Village, Mesquite Creek and
    Willow Valley.
