* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Clark County in southern Nevada...

* WHEN...Until 430 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 135 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Sam Boyd Stadium, East Las
    Vegas, Green Valley, Lake Las Vegas, Paradise, Nellis AFB,
    Anthem, The Motor Speedway, Harry Reid International Airport,
    Silverado Ranch, Seven Hills, Railroad Pass, Frenchman Mtn,
    Sunrise Mtn, Henderson Executive Airport and Black Mtn.
