* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...North Central Inyo County in south central California...
  Esmeralda County in south central Nevada...

* WHEN...Until 430 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some
  low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 136 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dyer, Coaldale, Lida, Silver Peak, Fish Lake Valley Campground,
    Ancient Bristlecone Visitors Center and Boundary Peak.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

The Flood Advisory will expire at 430 PM PDT this afternoon for
portions of southeast California, including the following area, Inyo
and south central Nevada, including the following area, Esmeralda.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 PM PDT for a portion of
south central Nevada...
