* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Clark County in southern Nevada...

* WHEN...Until 445 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 148 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Henderson, Anthem, Green Valley, Sam Boyd Stadium, Paradise,
    Southern Highlands, Enterprise, Seven Hills, Silverado Ranch,
    Sloan, Railroad Pass, Black Mtn and Henderson Executive Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
