* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...West Central Clark County in southern Nevada...

* WHEN...Until midnight PDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 957 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.25 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mountains Edge, Spring Valley, Blue Diamond, Enterprise,
    Summerlin, Southern Highlands, The Strip, Paradise, Red Rock
    Canyon Campground, Las Vegas Ballpark, Spring Mountain Ranch,
    Allegiant Stadium and The Lakes.
